This is a one week suggested meal plan for a fiber focused, nutrient dense lifestyle that is the key to great GI health and attaining/maintaining a healthy weight!  All of the days on this meal plan are under 100g NET carbs, minimum 40g fiber, moderate protein, and utilizes healthy fat options too.  There are no repeated recipes between this Fiber Rich program, and the Fiber-Focused program. Due to the higher carbs in this meal plan, this would be great for the more active adult who works out several days a week, or someone who is interested in maintaining a healthy weight.  Both Fiber programs provide excellent well-balanced recommendations throughout an entire week.
